PFL Specialists.
Who Are We?
Nuvonation is a boutique Canadian immigration firm, owned and operated personally by Niladri and Shreya. There are no caseworkers, no assistants, no account managers - every client works directly with us, from the first consultation to the final decision. We take on a limited number of cases at any given time. That's not a constraint, we're working to outgrow - it's a deliberate choice, so that every file gets the full, undivided attention of two principals who are personally accountable for the outcome.
We specialize in select complex Canadian immigration cases, offering complete legal representation from start to finish. Our clients value the transparency, the one-on-one guidance, and the track record that comes with it — see for yourself in our Google Reviews.
Areas of Expertise.
We accept a limited number of cases, focused exclusively on complex and high-stakes Canadian immigration matters — the kind that call for direct, experienced representation rather than a standard application.
Procedural Fairness Letter (PFL) Response: Complete legal representation from the moment you receive a PFL through to final decision — including ADR responses, interview preparation, and any follow-up concerns IRCC raises along the way.
Spousal & Common-Law Sponsorship: Representation for complex sponsorship cases, including those complicated by a PFL or non-accompanying spouse.
Complex Express Entry & CEC Applications: For applications facing a PFL, ADR, or other complication after Invitation to Apply. We take over your file at any stage and remain your Authorized Representative through to decision.
Humanitarian & Compassionate (H&C) Applications: Honest, experienced guidance on H&C eligibility — including telling you clearly if we don't believe your case should proceed.
Inadmissibility & Bans: Support with misrepresentation findings, section 44 inadmissibility, and reconsideration requests following a ban or refusal.
Criminal Rehabilitation: Guidance for applicants with a criminal record seeking to overcome inadmissibility to Canada.
